What if I need to cancel a course I already registered for?

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded if written or verbal notice is received up to 24 hours before the start of the course. Future course substitutions are accepted and will be processed as a modified registration.  To modify or cancel your registration, please email training@spruce.com or call 1-800-355-0901.  Registered participants who do not cancel or modify their registration by the deadline are responsible for the total registration fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

What if Spruce Training has to Cancel a Course?

Spruce Environmental Technologies Cancellation Policy

Spruce Training reserves the right to cancel live courses due to insufficient registrations, up to 48hrs before the start of the course.

In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, registrants will be notified 48hrs before the start of the course. At which time a full refund or other alternative will be made available to all registrants.

What courses do you offer?

Radon Measurement Professional

    • Prepares students for the NRPP Radon Measurement Professional exam.
    • Completion of this Spruce Training Measurement course and a passing score on the NRPP exam allows them to become certified with NRPP.
    • Important: This course is a pre-requisite and must be taken prior to our Radon Mitigation Specialist course.

      Radon Mitigation Specialist

      • Prepares students for the NRPP Radon Mitigation Specialist Exam.
      • Completion of this Spruce Training course and a passing score on the NRPP exam allows them to become certified with NRPP.
      • Important: Students need to have taken our Measurement course as a pre-requisite prior to taking this course.

      Online CE Courses

      • Our courses range from 1-hour CE to 12-hour CE.
      • You can retake webinars/recorded courses one time for CE.
      • Note: # of CE credits = # of hours

      Certification Renewals & Mandatory Standards Overview Courses

      Certified Measurement and Mitigation professionals are required to complete the new Standards Overview courses as a part of the NRPP renewal process.

      You need to take the 4 CE hours, Radon Measurement Standards Overview course.  Once you complete this, you will need to fulfill the remaining 8 CE hours to reach the required 12 CE hours to complete your renewal.

      Radon Mitigation Specialist

      You need to take the 4 CE hours, Radon Mitigation Standards Overview course.  Once you complete this, you will need to fulfill the remaining 8 CE hours to reach the required 12 CE hours to complete your renewal.

      Certified in BOTH Measurement & Mitigation

      You need to take the 4 CE hours, Radon Measurement Standards Overview course.  Once you complete this, you will need to fulfill the remaining 8 CE hours to reach the required 12 CE hours to complete your Measurement renewal.

      Are your courses accepted in my state?

      Yes!
      • All states that recognize NRPP-approved courses accept our Measurement and Mitigation entry level webinars.  
      • The more restrictive states, including FL, IL, NJ and OH require us to provide supplemental materials, which we provide in special online course modules.

      How do I download my course certificate?

      1. Log in to your training account.
      2. Hover your cursor over your name at the top of the page to populate a dropdown menu.
      3. Click on the "My Certificates" tab in the menu.
      4. Click on the certificate icon or downward arrow to download a copy of your certificate.
      5. Your course certificate should have downloaded onto your device.
