The Opportunities and Risks of RRNC 1.5HR CE SPRUCE502 (Spruce-502)

Description
(VIDEO) Some RRNC standards imply that the installation of the system as described will reduce radon concentrations to acceptable levels. Many builders cut corners and still claim they have a "radon system" in their homes. This carries significant liability for the builder. Using this liability can increase radon testing and fixing, but it must encourage builders and new home buyers to install proper RRNC systems. Noted environmental attorney Kenneth Lay presents radon case studies and discusses radon liability. (Time Limit: 60 days)
